Our ready to use liquid liner base can be mixed with pigments or glitter of your choice to create water proof and smudge proof liquid eyeliner or liquid eyeshadow. This option of our liquid liner base DOES NOT include pigments.

Our liquid liners glides on smooth and dries down to long lasting matte finish that is water resistant, transfer proof and doesn't crack.
