REFUND POLICY  

All sales are final once your order has been processed. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns. If requesting exchange due to wrong product(s) being shipped or arriving damaged or missing, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving product(s). 

PROCESSING/SHIPPING POLICY

For wholesale items, please allow up to 5-10 business days to process your order, as everything is handmade and will only be made after you place an order. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for items to ship to you. 

For Regular sized items, please allow 2-3 business days to process order and an additional 3-5 business days for items to ship to you. 

MISSING/STOLEN PACKAGES

In the unfortuante event that your package is lost or stolen, please try contacting your local post office first. You can also let us know by e-mail at [email protected] and we will try our best to resolve the issue. 

If your package is returned or shipped to wrong address due to you accidentally providing the wrong address, you will be responsible for paying shipping again.
